Structured, a leading information technology consultancies and systems integrator, has secured a new Gold status in ShoreTel’s (News - Alert) Champion Partner Program following its success in offering cost-effective IP communications solutions.
The company, in association with ShoreTel, delivers reliable, value-added IP-PBX (News - Alert) deployments for businesses. It serves customers in Oregon, Alaska, California, Idaho, Illinois, Nevada and Washington.
“Achieving gold status underscores the fact that we’ve cultivated a strategic partnership with ShoreTel that will continue to be successful for both parties,” said Gene Maynor, director of unified communication solutions at Structured, in a statement. “This marks a pivotal business turning point for our company that paves the way for faster growth in IP communications.”
The IP communications solutions are offered as Structured’s secure voice and data network. The company achieved the new gold certification by reaching the highest level sales goal associated with the three tiers of the ShoreTel Champion Partner Program for the previous 12-month period.
In addition, ShoreTel acknowledged Structured’s commitment to staying current on all sales and technical certifications through this certification. The company has managed a specialty voice practice and maintained product demonstration capabilities, according to ShoreTel.
Structured has been a partner of ShoreTel since 2002 and has consistently earned the highest partner level for the last five years. ShoreTel’s Champion Partner Program strengthens the relationship between ShoreTel and its partners. It is designed to mutually benefit both companies and help them grow in the IP communications space.
“Our partners continue to be a vital piece of the company’s success and working with companies like Structured exemplifies our total commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” said Tom Hamilton, senior director of channel marketing for ShoreTel, in a statement.
“We are pleased to recognize their accomplishments and acknowledge how they have helped ShoreTel excel as the leading global provider of IP-based business communication solutions,” Hamilton added.
In another related IP communications announcement, AireSpring (News - Alert), one of the fastest growing Managed Network Service and IP Communications providers in the U.S., has added free proactive network monitoring to all MPLS and voice over MPLS offerings. The company’s MPLS network monitoring service is now available for all AireSpring provided customer equipment and includes configuration and management of CPE.
