Nexogy Integrates Hosted Voice and IP Communications with Sling Broadband's Wireless Access

Nexogy, an Internet telephony service provider, has formed partnership with Sling Broadband, a fast growing fixed wireless and wireless service provider in the country, to integrate Nexogy's hosted voice and IP communications solutions with Sling Broadband's leading wireless access.
The technology partnership benefits Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as they can offer a unique blend of hosted voice and high-speed wireless access. The combined offering also provides them with a cost-effective and feature-rich communications technology.
Customers benefit from the latest fixed wireless technology for better high-speed, dedicated network availability. They can ensure five-9s uptime and reliability (99.999 percent), as well as more flexible and secure network.
"What we're now able to offer our clients is a low cost alternative to the LEC or cable companies, with install intervals of days versus weeks, that also provide better availability and uptime," said Robert Jans, vice president of sales and business development, Nexogy, in a statement.
Another advantage of this solution is that it replaces the need for traditional T1s, which are the more expensive, less reliable and do not guarantee as strong of service level agreements.
