IP Communications Company AireSpring Offers Conferencing Savings, Ease of Use

“In these difficult times, companies everywhere are looking for unique ways to cut their costs.”
Sure, products such as those offered by AireSpring might seem a bit more attractive when cutting costs is a matter of survival to a company, but well-run companies will always be in the market and on the lookout for such products.
And of course it helps to find quick, easy and relatively painless ways of cutting transportation, sales, and operations costs. Well, guess what hits the trifects there? That’s right – conferencing. Put fewer people in the air from here to there, and not only do you save money and time, the employee probably appreciates not having to fly to St. Louis yet again for something that can be taken care of via conferencing technology.
For such instances, AireSpring offers its AireConference, which comes with Toll Free Reservationless Conferencing and flexible features – local dial-in numbers available in 23 international cities at no additional charge, and the ability to instantly conference hundreds of callers at one time.
It’s been around for a while, too. Back in 2009 TMCnet reported that “a Van Nuys, California-based telecommunications provider” launched a toll-free, reservation-free conferencing product to “reduce travel and other expenses for busy companies seeking savings.”
AireSpring officials said at the time that the product was developed “because more and more business customers were seeking to reduce their travel budgets and carbon footprints.” TMCnet noted that the company’s Chief Operating Officer Daniel Lonstein said Airsespring customers have grown more and more sensitive to environmental issues, “especially where potential solutions can help their bottom line.”
Usually about here people are nodding and saying “Yeah, fewer flights and hotel bills would be nice, all good, but what’s the catch? Is all this conferencing technology something only a geek could love?”
Actually, no. Switching to AireConference is probably easier than you expect. The IP communications company explains that new customers are able to transfer existing PINs to AireConference for quicker and easier startup, and their Web portal allows users to manage all aspects of the conference, from identifying noisy participants and muting specific individuals to running advanced reports and securing your call once all known participants have entered.
