AireSpring (News - Alert) is one of the fastest-growing telecommunications carriers in the U.S., with more than four billion call records processed every year. It offers next-generation integrated, SIP/VoIP, voice, data and conferencing products geared to deliver power, flexibility and cost-effective rates.
Mike Chase, senior VP of Technology at AireSpring, will be speaking in two sessions next week at ITEXPO Miami, a communications and technology event where executives from companies of all sizes and industries will assemble to network, educate and learn together and from one another. Dozens of conferences sessions, keynotes and panels will be focused on helping attendees move their businesses forward.
In the first session, “UC and Collaboration: How to Take Good Network QoS and Make it Great,” Chase will be joined by Scott Kutos of InterCall (News - Alert) and Allan Schwartz of UNSi to consider network requirements for ensuring your enterprise network is prepared to deliver UC, collaboration services and applications to your users.
Network convergence, the efficient coexistence of telephone, video and data communication within a single network, is no longer innovative but required in enterprise organizations today. Applications such as collaboration tools and VoIP have become more prevalent in the enterprise, and managing Quality of Service (QoS) on these applications is becoming increasingly important to ensuring businesses operate at maximum efficiency and productivity. Indeed, QoS has become what separates the good network from the great – and regarding the user, QoS is the only thing that matters.
In the second session, “88 Lines About 44 Clouds,” Chase will uncover responses to top questions from service providers across the globe about products and services in-demand, sales approaches that work and “in the trenches” challenges, helping you nail down proven revenue streams.
